In a world that is constantly in motion, it’s easy to get swept up in the rhythm of doing, seeking, and trying to keep up.
Over time, we can begin to feel exhausted, disconnected, and quietly longing for something more.
This is a gentle return,
back to the body,
back to the breath,
back to what is already here.
A space to slow down, to feel, and to listen more deeply.
A space to reconnect with your heart’s prayer.
To be with yourself, without needing to change anything.

I guide those who feel caught in constant doing and striving back to a more grounded, connected way of being.
From here, there is often a natural shift,
a little more clarity,
a little more steadiness,
and a deeper trust in yourself and in life.

A space to step out of the constant movement of life, and gently return to your body, your breath,
your heart’s prayer,
and what is simply here.
Each day includes simple, supportive practices, such as nervous system regulation, meditation, somatic inquiry, sound bath, and moments of stillness,
created to help you soften, feel, reconnect & remember.
We will open and close the space together in live sessions, including gentle cacao ceremonies,
with a mid-week space to land, share, and integrate.
There is nothing to achieve.
No pressure to do anything perfectly.
Just a quiet, consistent invitation
to meet yourself as you are & behold what arises from that intention.
