A safe & sacred space to tune into The Body’s Innate Wisdom through honest & compassion-centered Sacred Movement Arts & Embodied Mindfulness practices.

Nyah has an unbound passion for holding embodiment containers, inspired from various different wisdom traditions, from traditonal hatha yoga, to sacred ritual through devotional dance so as to cultivate Embodied Presence. This creates an inner landscape to directly experience & anchor in a felt sense of our True Self, our Eternal Nature & Interconnectedness with All That Is.

In these practices, we learn to show up in a conscious, embodied, mindful manner, which transforms each movement and moment into a moving meditation. We train our capacity to be truly present with our body & attune to its wisdom. With this earnest devotion of presence, we discover that our body is a finely tuned biofeedback system, & a mighty barometer for truth.

Our practice becomes a conscious merging of body & breath with curious, intimate, & compassionate awareness. And when we practice in this way, it not only reveals & unravels the past stories, memories & traumas stored in our tissues, but also organically begins to unveil the inherent wisdom, contentment, fullness & uncontrived love that is our essential nature, through our bodies.
