Nyah has been deep in Svadhyaya & Shadow Work for over a decade. She is an going student of The Great Mystery. She is a passionate weaver of Sound Alchemy & Earth Oracular transmissions. She is a guardian of The Sacred & a devoted Yogini & Embodied Mindfulness Teacher Trainer. Nyah holds a Yoga Alliance E-RYT 500 & RYT 675 certification, having specialised in Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Embodied Mindfulness & Nervous System Regulation.
